Our Story
Glas Land Surveying Inc was founded in 2014 with a single mission: provide the most accurate, reliable land surveying services in North Texas. What started as a small field crew has grown into a firm trusted by regional developers, contractors, and individual landowners alike.
Over 12 years and more than 1,000 completed projects, we have built our reputation on technical precision, clear communication, and an unwavering commitment to getting it right the first time. Our clients return to us project after project because they know the data we deliver is something they can build on — literally.
We are a Texas-licensed surveying firm operating under the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors (TBPELS). Every deliverable we produce is reviewed and sealed by a Registered Professional Land Surveyor.
Since 2014, we have completed more than 1,000 surveys across North Texas — from small residential boundary surveys to large commercial ALTA engagements.

John Glas
Owner & Registered Professional Land Surveyor
John founded Glas Land Surveying in 2014 after more than a decade in the field. He holds a Texas RPLS license and personally reviews and seals all survey deliverables. His hands-on approach and deep knowledge of North Texas property records set the standard for every project the firm undertakes.

ALTA/NSPS Standards
We are qualified to perform ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys in compliance with the current national standards required by lenders and title companies.
